Q: How often will you visit my cat?

A: We can visit your cat as often as you like, but usually we visit once or twice a day with each visit being up to 30 minutes long.  You can mix and match it if you like. So maybe one visit a day, with 2 or more visits every other day. Visits typically are 30 minutes, but this is dependant on how receptive your cat is to attention. When we visit we will put down fresh food and water, change the litter, and give tlc and playtime if they like. If they are hiding, we will try to gently encourage them out or leave them if they are OK and happy. 

Q: How do I book and pay for my cat or pet sitting?

A: Once you've gotten in touch, we'll promptly arrange to do a 'meet and greet'. If you want to go ahead with us after the meet and greet, we kindly ask that you book within 24 hrs, in order to secure your required dates/times. We kindly ask that bookings are paid for at the time of booking. We accept card payment through Pawshake.

Q: My cat requires medication, can this be given?

A: We are experienced in providing basic medication, non injectables. We would need detailed instructions on how it is to be administered. 

Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: We offer the following:

• A full refund if the booking is cancelled before 12:00 p.m. 7 days before the booking and 50% refund afterward and up to the start date

• No refund is payable if the booking is cancelled on or after the start date
